I am a Korea-born artist based in the United States. I studied graphic design in Korea and worked as a product designer before moving to the U.S. in 2017. After returning to school, I studied both graphic design and fine art, and discovering fine art at UC Berkeley became an important turning point in my practice.

My work moves between graphic design and fine art, drawing from both disciplines. Working across photography, printmaking, and digital media, I focus on everyday experiences, close observation, and emotional response. While raising my children alongside my studies, I developed a strong sense of responsibility and discipline, which deepened my passion for art-making and commitment to my practice.

I am an artist who continuously researches, experiments, and learns new approaches through art. Through ongoing exploration, I seek to expand my visual language and translate my inner world and small, intimate moments into visual form.
